Announcing a new look for your Response section...

 

Next time you log into your Emma account and click on Response, you might just stop and say something like, "Oh, this looks different!" or "Whoa, what's this!" or even "Ach du liebe Zeit!" should you prefer to do your exclaiming in German.

 

That's because we've made a few organizational changes to the response section's interface. Now you'll have a dashboard-style view of *all* your sent campaigns, not just details of the most recent one. At a glance, you can see currently sending campaigns, active triggers and a list of completed campaigns, both recently sent and archived. And the detailed response results you know and love are still just a click away.

 

For those of you sending trigger emails (you do know about trigger emails, right?), you'll notice that your list of *active* triggers has moved out of the Campaigns section and into Response instead. Oh, and if you've canceled a trigger, you can still see its detailed response results - just look in the 'triggers' tab under completed mailings.

But don't take our word for it. Log in now to check it out, and as always, let us know what you think. But maybe keep the German to a minimum this time, eh?
