Be
the first to try a new-and-improved editor before
we release it to the entire Emma community...
There's
a new editor in town, and it's designed to
make adding, editing and formatting your campaign
content easier and faster. If you use our
click-and-build campaign features (you're
not an html expert uploading freestyle campaigns),
here's your chance to preview the new editor
and give us your feedback.
So
what can you do with the new editor?
->
Type and edit directly in your campaign's text
areas (no more pop-up window).
->
Spellcheck your work.
->
Paste MS Word text right into any text area
for cleanup, no special paste-from-Word button
required.
->
Easily link to bookmarks anywhere in
your campaign.
->
Have your link formats automatically checked
when you enter and preview them.
->
Edit, save and move around more quickly.
Sounds
great. How do I join this wildly exciting Beta
Testing club? And are there club dues, or quarterly
meetings, and if so does the club need a recording
secretary?
->
Log in now at beta.myemma.com
using your standard username and password. You
can log out at any time and return to your regular
account view (and the current editor) at www.myemma.com.
->
Even though you're in beta view, everything
in your account is real, so feel free to go
about your usual business of working your lists,
creating campaigns, and sending. Keep that last
part in mind as you try the new editor - any
campaigns you send in beta view really will
send out.
->
To see the editor, head to the Campaigns area
and pick a draft (or start one from scratch).
In edit mode, the new editor will appear. Try
it, poke it, prod it. Call it names, like Sheila
or Jelly Roll. In short, give it everything
you've got. And then give us feedback using
the handy 'share your feedback' link we've placed
just above the editor during beta.
->
If you like the new editor, feel free to continue
using the beta view until the testing ends.
Or, feel free to return to your regular account
view at www.myemma.com at any time. We hope
to announce the end of the beta test (and the
official launch of the new editor) in about
a week.
Thanks
in advance for your scout-team help, and we
hope you have a great weekend.
Cheers,
Emma
