Your Emma Agency toolbar helps you manage your client accounts and preferences from one spot. It's like a tool belt for your agency, except for the fact that it's not a belt and you can't put tools in it. In every other way, it is exactly like one.

Wooing a new client? Start by opening a demo account. (They're free.) From there, you'll simply activate the account when ready and choose how much access your client has - full access lets them see - and potentially work in - the audience, campaign and response sections. Limited access lets them see the campaign results but nothing else. Don't want the client fiddling around in there at all? Simply download or print the campaign results to share at your next client meeting. (There'll be doughnuts, right?)

As for your own staff, set them up with manager access and they'll be able to work in all of the client accounts you designate. Whether or not you share the doughnuts is your call.
