We’ve talked about video and email before, but we thought you might like to see the post - including the fabulous results they got by using their email to link folks to a video on their site.

Hi,
I was in on the conference call yesterday, and my phone dropped the call during the Q&A (somewhere around 3:10). You had mentioned early on in the call that the notes and things would be available - did you say where we could access them after I lost the call? If you don’t mind, if you could send me an email that would be greatly appreciated…. Thanks!
