I never thought I would be so excited about emailing. Seriously. I've been using Emma for over six months now for my clients' customer touches and can't tell you how happy I am with it. It's super-easy to use – even if you don't know HTML. The lists practically manage themselves and the reporting gives me what I need to test and improve campaigns. With all of the "marketing" options on the web, you provide one of the few real metrics based marketing tools.

I've had the opportunity to use two other direct email products other than Emma in the past 6 months and let me tell you – they have nothing on you. I could barely get through the interface on both of them and one of them had to review EVERY campaign before it was sent that delayed the campaign EVERY time. Not the timeliest way to drop time sensitive items like press releases. Emma in 2008!
